About Stretching of earlobes
The ear clip piercing sits in the soft part at the bottom of the ear, where there is no cartilage. this ear flap can stretch up to larger sizes
This is done with tools made for the purpose and single flared plugs

To make a stretch up to larger sizes, there must be a normal earlobe piercing in advance to be able to do this
