Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All normal stock orders are processed within 1-6 business days.
Orders are not shipped from us on weekends or holidays.
We offer quick pre-orders an is are processed will be orde within 1 - 3 business days from the brand. but we can not tell how long wait time is from the brand.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
PRE-ORDER:
We usually order in planned months from these brands.
- However, there may be cases where we order earlier if there are many orders
- Pre-order jewelery is paid immediately when we receive your Pre-order
- Pre-orders are sent when we have received them in REBELLIC, and checked and measured the jewelery so that you receive the correct item, there is a pre-order
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation on email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES:
REBELLIC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
PACKS DAMAGES
REBELLIC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
