CANCELLATION RULES FOR APPOINTMENT
Of course, it may happen that you fall ill or prevented from coming to your appointment. We fully understand this.
If you are prevented from showing up at your booked appointment, there are just a few guidelines you should follow.
If you forget to cancel your appointment, we have an unusable booking, which someone else could've gotten.
Cancellation options:
We prefer and advice that you cancel your appointment yourself through the forwarded link from your email.
• You can cancel through your agreement receipt, which you have received by e-mail.
This is possible up to 4 hours before your booked appointment.
If you fail to cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment, it will not be possible.
Other options:

Cancellation must be made within 24 hours before the appointment.
• You can also cancel by contacting us on +45 42580666. This must be done 4 hours before.
We are not able to answer phone calls before the shop's opening hours.
