Directions for Stretching:

1. Massage Emu Oil to area 2-3 weeks prior to stretching to keep skin pliable
2. Apply Emu Oil to new jewelry before insertion
3. Repeat when needed

Directions for Piercing Aftercare:

1. Apply Emu Oil to piercing once it has been cleaned
2. Gently massage oil around the piercing with a clean finger
