CANCELLATION RULES FOR APPOINTMENT
Of course, it may happen that you fall ill or are prevented from coming to your appointment. We fully understand this.
If you are prevented from showing up at your booked time, there are just a few guidelines you should please follow. If you forget to cancel your appointment, it means that we are wasting time in the store that could have been used wisely.
Cancellation options:
We prefer that you cancel your appointment yourself via the forwarded link from your email.
• You can cancel via your agreement receipt, which you have received by e-mail. This is possible up to 4 hours before the time starts. After 4 hours, it is no longer possible to cancel your appointment.
Other options:
• Facebook or Instagram: must be done before 9.30 on the day.
• E-mail:
cancellation must be made within 24 hours before the piercing is to be performed.
